My SOLO episodes are back!

I started these back in December and was excited to continue them in January 2024 but life has been sooooo busy! I started my new job at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH), I'm still teachaing MPharm students at Kings College London & I had bulk recorded 17 podcast episodes across 3 days (which then leads to a huge amount of video and audio editing, shownotes, social media, and more!)

These are things that I have personally implemented into my own routine and they have helped SO much that I am keen to share them with you!
