Allie Xu is best described as a multi-tasking pharmacy queen! I love her energy and positivity and am so pleased to launch this episode! She is a community pharmacist and holistic health coach with a special interest in mind-body connection, Emotional Intelligence and women's health, and currently studying a Masters in Chinese Medicine to learn about Eastern Medicine Philosophy lifestyle and the secret of vitality and longevity.

She is the founder of the Global Pharmacy Entrepreneur Community and the host of Pharmacy Entrepreneur TV and podcast to support Pharmacists from different parts of the world to network and develop entrepreneur and intrapreneur mindsets and skills. She created this platform to support, inspire and encourage pharmacists from all over the world to grow, innovate, excel and make a lasting impact in the world.

Though not discussed in today's episode, she has recently partnered up with Australia's largest and longest-running specialist pharmacy recruitment agency, Raven's Recruitment, to host the Your Pharmacy Career Podcast to help Australian Pharmacy students and early career pharmacists to create a successful pharmacy career.

In today's episode, we explore Allie's journey into pharmacy, her passions behind building networks and entrepreneurship, and creating an amazing online pharmacy comminity. We spend a considerable amount of time discussing how we have both dealt with burnout, mentorship, developing a growth mindset, and reflection.
